Went for a nice hike in the farming community of Tubber. Called in on Davey Rogers and Frances (your one from Connecticut). spent the afternoon visiting and drinking tea and coffee. Davey put out the chicken curry for supper (yum!) then Frances had baked a fresh. locally picked blackberry and apple pie (double yum!). Called into Ennis to the session at Fafa’s with Blackie O’Connell (pipes – just home from a Canadian tour) and Siobhan Peoples (fiddle). Till 2:00 am uh-huh, uh-huh! If you visit Ireland this is a must see session, Thursday nights.
